For US orders: our current delivery timeline is 8-15 days after purchase.You'll always see exact delivery estimates during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Once your products are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation; this can happen up to a week after placing your order.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation in this time frame, please check your spam folder or head to the "Order History" section of your account page.

Any applicable duties and taxes will be applied at checkout, and will appear under "Taxes.”

If you’re not completely in love with your products please contact my support team.

From there, you can expect our team to ask for additional details or otherwise advise you through some of our best tips and tricks to help improve your experience. But of course, if you’re still not in love, we can walk you through the next steps and can return your products for a refund.
