Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@offgridskin.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Unit 717 - 402 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6B1T6, Canada

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    •    Personal care & skincare products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
    •    Custom or personalized items
    •    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    •    Sale items & gift cards

If you have any concerns about your specific item, reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping & International Orders

We currently ship within Canada only. Special requests for shipping to the United States, Australia, or Europe may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an international order.
