1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits
    •    All appointments must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting Offgrid Skin directly.
    •    Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
    •    We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service charge.
    •    No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
    •    Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Service Policies

Microneedling Treatments
    •    Our microneedling treatments are fully customized based on your skin’s needs, using advanced techniques to maximize results.
    •    We incorporate clinically proven stem cells and high concentrations of pure hyaluronic acid to enhance skin regeneration, hydration, and collagen production.
    •    Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with active infections, certain medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures.
    •    Results vary, and multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

Chemical Peels
    •    Our chemical peels are tailored to your skin type and concerns, helping to improve texture, tone, and overall skin health.
    •    Some frosting, rawness, and peeling may occur as part of the natural exfoliation process.
    •    Clients must follow pre- and post-care instructions carefully to ensure the best outcome.
    •    Peels should not be performed if you are using certain medications (e.g., Accutane, retinoids) or have an active skin condition.

Coaching & Consulting Services
    •    Our coaching programs provide tailored skincare and wellness guidance, including product recommendations and lifestyle adjustments.
    •    Coaching is non-refundable once sessions have begun.
    •    Clients are expected to follow the structured schedule for check-ins and appointments.

3. Liability Disclaimer

    •    Offgrid Skin provides professional skincare treatments and wellness coaching; however, results vary based on individual factors.
    •    Clients acknowledge they are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
    •    Offgrid Skin is not liable for adverse reactions due to improper aftercare, undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow recommendations.
    •    By booking a service, the client agrees to receive treatments voluntarily and understands the associated risks.

4. Shipping & Refund Policy

Product Shipping & Returns
    •    Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
    •    Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
    •    We do not accept returns on used/opened skincare products, supplements, or digital coaching services due to hygiene and safety reasons.
    •    If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Refund Policy
    •    No refunds are issued for completed treatments, coaching services, or consultation fees.
    •    Deposits for appointments may be transferred to another service if rescheduled within the cancellation period.

5. Privacy Policy

    •    Client information is confidential and used solely for appointment scheduling, consultations, and improving your service experience.
    •    Offgrid Skin does not share or sell client data.

By booking an appointment or purchasing from Offgrid Skin, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
