Processing & Shipping Times
    •    Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Mondays, weekends and holidays).
    •    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
    •    Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates & Locations
    •    We currently ship within Canada only.
    •    Special shipping requests for the United States, Australia, or Europe may be considered. Please contact hello@offgridskin.com before placing an international order.
    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
    •    Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
    •    If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
    •    If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Damaged Orders
    •    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@offgridskin.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address
    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    •    We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
